At Magga, we take pride in the authenticity and uniqueness of our handwoven sarees. Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review their purchase upon delivery.
- Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Products must be unworn and in their original condition. All returns should include the original packaging.

Please note that minor thread pulling and other small imperfections often occur in handwoven textiles. These characteristics are intrinsic to the art of handweaving, underscoring the authenticity and craftsmanship of each saree. Such minor imperfections are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
